Intern – Citizen Engagement & Governance (Social Media Series)
Location: Remote / Delhi-based (preferred)

About the Role
We are working on designing a public-facing content series, focused on improving awareness and understanding of governance systems and citizen-facing processes. The role will involve supporting research and translating complex information into clear, accessible and engaging scripts that can be developed into content for social media
Key Responsibilities
- Research governance systems, public services, and citizen-facing processes
- Synthesize information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand formats
- Support the development of short-form digital content (e.g., carousels, scripts, basic visuals)
- Assist in identifying key themes, patterns, and user-relevant insights
- Contribute to content planning, structuring, and consistency across outputs
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor’s degree programme
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills (policy, governance, or civic tech interest preferred)
- Ability to simplify complex information clearly and accurately
- Familiarity with social media content formats
- Attention to detail and ability to verify information
Desirable
- Prior experience with RTIs, civic engagement, or governance research
- Understanding of Delhi’s administrative structure (MCD, Delhi Govt, Police, etc.)
- Experience creating content
